- Retail spending via the internet grew 26% to hit $12.3 billion in the year ending October 2012 (NAB Retail Sales Index, 2012)
- This is supported by a report by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) that indicates online shopping activities grew 27 per cent in the 12 months to July 12
- The Internet is being used for shopping by two thirds of consumers (Sensis e-Business Report)
- A recent eCommerce Report forecasts that online sales in Australia will grow from $27 billion in 2010 to an expected $37.1 billion in 2013 (eCommerce Report.com.au)
Who Is Shopping?
